Meaningful Movies West Seattle is looking for someone to take over the leadership. Is that you?

I have been chairing Meaningful Movies West Seattle for the past 1 ½ years. I am ready to pass this role onto someone else.

There is a lot of flexibility around how often you show films, it is up to you and your team; monthly, quarterly, or only periodically. Collaboration with other group(s) that reflect the theme of the chosen film can add a richer experience for organizers and attendees.

The roles are:

– Film Selection, can be one person or a team – 3 hours per film

– Advertising (Facebook, Meaningful Movies main page, West Seattle Blog, and email Mailchimp data base) – 4 hours per film

– Technology management (person who starts and stops the film) – 3 hours per film

– Monitor email communication from Mailchimp data base – 1 hour per month

– Emcee? – person introducing the film showing

– Meaningful Movies data base update after film showing – 1 hour per film

I will serve as your mentor until you feel ready to launch on your own. Having a team of people is helpful and fun.
