We are waking up each day and witnessing major changes to our earthly environment that creates fear, rage, depression, and an ever-growing weight that has become too much for each of us, alone, to bear. This offering is designed with the intention of bringing that reality inside us out into a compassionate space and connecting to our inner wisdom to help us to find our best path in responding to this seemingly insurmountable task of being part of a solution. Climate change is also inseparable from colonialism, white supremacy, capitalism, and other forms of oppression, so discussion of climate change’s connected social harm is also welcome in this space. Together, we will create a supportive, courageous, sacred, sharing circle to look deeper into our fear and anxiety related to Climate Change and Global Warming, and socio-environmental harm with the hope of regaining clarity around our original purpose, our ancestral path, and our strongest core beliefs. The goal is to create a connection with your inner purpose and wisdom to guide you in your path of action that does not feel overwhelming and has the support of the circle. INTENTION Our intentions in holding this space are to speak from the heart, listen from the heart, and share spontaneously. When we are in a circle, what we share does not fall on any single person’s shoulders to bear- instead, it is held in the circle, witnessed, and given opportunity for release. This circle is open to everyone.   Comments from participants: “I appreciated how Stephen wove a little something from each person’s sharing into the rest of the evening. I also liked the end guided meditation with the sounds. It was a sweet circle.” Marissa “Last night I really appreciated the guided meditation at the end of the evening.  Closing that way seems really good to me and allows me to leave feeling refreshed.  Thank you.” Joan   Leader/Facilitator:                             Stephen Scheurich Contact Info:                                      ravensway4@gmail.com Day and Date(s):                                 Mondays, September 23 and 30, October 7 and 14 Time:                                                   7 – 9 p.m. Location:                                            Fireside Room Class Limit:                                         Min. 5, max. 12 Registration Required:                      Yes
