From the website: “The Work is a simple yet powerful process of inquiry that teaches you to identify and question the thoughts that cause all the suffering in the world. It’s a way to understand what’s hurting you, and to address the cause of your problems with clarity. In its most basic form, The Work consists of four questions and the turnarounds.” From Moreah: I’ve practiced Byron Katie’s process a few years; this will be my first time teaching it. We will be practicing it together. For any negative situations (as, “I can’t keep ahead of my clutter”), Byron Katie has a 4-question process (http://thework.com/en/do-work#jyn), followed by turnarounds and a Judge Your Neighbor worksheet. I will bring copies for registered attendees. If at least 5 people want to go on, we can explore www.Abraham-Hicks.com (the Law of Attraction) the following two Tuesdays. Facilitator:      Moreah Vestan Dates:             Tuesdays, May 8 and 15                     Time:   7–9 p.m Tuesdays, May 22 and 29 optional (for Abraham Hicks). Location:        Fireside Room                                    Class Limit:     1 0 people Registration Deadline:           Saturday, May 5
