New Systems for Westside

Westside Members – Beginning July 2025 IconCMO will be Westside’s new software for tracking donations, membership information, accounting and payroll. We are making this shift to have all of these functions on one platform that is web-based so that multiple staff members, volunteers and members can access various data.

Members can use Icon to find a member directory, and check your pledge and giving information.

Getting Starting with IconCMO

If you are a member you should receive an email from the office (office@wsuu.org) providing you with a link to set up an account with Icon. If you can’t find that email please reach out to our office (office@wsuu.org). This email will guide you through setting up a user account

• Note: The login requires the church phone number without dashes: 2069350418
  Your username is your last name followed by your first name, all lowercase and no space between, ie., doejohn
• Set your password. The system restricts the ability to set up user accounts to members only.

Navigating Icon Member Portal:

Mobile App

Once you have set up a user account you can access your account through a web browser or a mobile app. To download a mobile app on your device visit your favorite app store (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.) and search on IconCMO. Once you have the app on your device you can log in with the credentials that you set up (username=last name followed by first name all lowercase no spaces) and password.

Members can find a directory of contact information for other members and information about their donations to WSUU in Icon. Once you are logged in, find the menu in the top right corner. It looks like this:

Click on the menu and you will have a few options:

• Donations – here you can view your giving history
• Church Directory – see contact information for other WSUU members
• Settings – update password
• Log off – exit Icon account
