Our body’s feelings and sensations are wise guides for meaningful conversation.  Life affirming communication begins with vibrant, honest relationships with ourselves.  Compassionately observing and listening to our feelings and experiences and speaking from an awareness of these sensations and perceptions (sharing whatever we deem wise and useful), empowers us to be authentic and in alignment with what is deeply true for us.  This powerfully supports rich, meaningful conversations.  Today we will learn the spiritual practice of mindful interpersonal communication with Rev. Cynthia Westby, a long-time practitioner and teacher of both Interpersonal Mindfulness Communication and Mindfulness.
