Westside uses Breeze Church Management software to maintain our member and friends’ contact information, and financial contributions. As of September 2022 we are welcoming our members to access Westside’s member database to view and update profiles, view information about pledges and giving, search for contact information of other Westside members and view upcoming events.
This webpage was created to support members in the process of creating a user account and interacting with the Breeze program.
Setting Up Your User Account – Westside Members Only
You need a link to begin the process of setting up your user account. This link will be provided in an email sent from WSUU but you can also receive it by contacting our administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org.

When you click the yellow Click Here to Set Up Access to Your Breeze Account button above you will see the following screen:
Please enter the name and email address that Westside uses for your contact. The system will only allow only members to create accounts. When the system matches this information to what is on file for you in Breeze, the following image will appear on your screen with your email address (email@example.com was used as a sample to create this help page).
Next look for an email in your inbox from Breeze. It should look like this:
Click on the blue Create Your Login button and you will see the following:
Create a username (anything you want) and password and save the information in a safe place. Breeze will let you know if the password you have selected is weak, good, or great and will only allow good or great passwords. Next click the blue Create User button.
You will see the screen shown below, and also receive a Success! Email in your inbox. If you do not see this screen, or do
not receive the email, please contact the administrator.
Click the Log In button, enter your username and password and you will arrive on the Dashboard of your Breeze account.
Your Breeze Dashboard
Below is a sample image of a Breeze User Dashboard. Notice the menu across the top on the blue bar. Don’t be afraid to click around to learn more about how the dashboard works.
- People allows a search for WSUU members and their contact information.
- Events will lead you to WSUU’s calendar of events.
- My Profile is where you can view and update your own contact information and upload a photo of yourself and your family. You can also view information about your giving and pledges in this My Profile page.
- More will lead you to online giving options.
Click the blue Customize Dashboard button to change what appears on this screen.
Updating Your Profile on Breeze
Choose the My Profile selection from the menu bar by clicking on it. To edit the various sections of the My Profile page, hover over the title bar of the section and the words click here to edit will appear. Click the title bar and edit the fields as needed. Save your changes when you are finished. The red arrows in the image below point to the My Profile tab on the menu and to a menu bar highlighted so that click here to edit appears.
To upload a profile photo, click the large icon of a person to the left of your name. The next screen looks like this:
Click the Upload Image link and select a photo of yourself from your device.
Accessing information about your pledge and giving
On the My Profile page there are two menu choices on the left portion of the screen Details and Giving. The screen will open on the Details view. If you want to view your giving information, select the Giving link. On this page you can search for your contributions based on a date range. In the center of the page you can see fields where you can toggle between Giving information and Pledging information.
